What about occasions other than weddings?

We love a party! Whether it is baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthdays, product launches, corporate events, vow renewals or elopements - there are so many occasions for our furniture and styling items.


Where is Little Ceremonies based?

Home base for Little Cermonies' storage is Ninderry, just outside Yandina on the Sunshine Coast. We're also 10 minutes from Eumundi, 30 minutes out from Noosa, just 30 minutes from Maroochydore and only 25 minutes from Montville!


Do you have a minimum hire amount?

Yes. If you collect from our storage facility in Ninderry via Yandina, minimum hire is $300. For delivery, minimum hire is $400 + delivery costs.


Can I view your furniture and styling items?

Absolutely! Speak with us about organising to view at a convenient time at our base in Ninderry, just outside of Yandina.


What about deposits?

We require a 20% deposit on all bookings to secure the items for your special event. Full balance is due 21 days before the big day.


What about security bond?

We do charge a security bond that is fully reimbursable upon return of our items, provided there are no breaks or damages. You can learn more in our Terms & Conditions.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do! Have a chat with us and we can work out what works for both parties.


What if I have to cancel?

Refund amounts vary depending on how close to the event date you are cancelling. Chances are we will be unable to re-hire the items out at short notice. Reach out to us for the details in our Terms & Conditions.


Do you provide a set-down and pack up service?

Yes we do. Minimum hire is $400 plus delivery / set-up / pack-down / pick up costs. Delivery is calculated by kilometres travelled, plus pack up and set-down time. Mileage rate is kept at a minimum. More details available in our Terms & Conditions.


What are the requirements if we want to collect from your storage facility in Ninderry?

We will make a time that suits you to meet us at our storage container in Ninderry via Yandina. You will need to ensure you have a suitable vehicle and the necessary packing materials. This may include straps and ample padding, such as removalists blankets, to secure the items. If you don’t have the required materials, talk to us about what we can provide for a small hire fee. Unfortunately if you do not have the right equipment, we will not be able to release our precious furniture.


What is the hire period?

We hire for up to 48 hours. If you need longer, just chat with with us. We might be able to offer you a complimentary extension if the items are not booked for someone else and our delivery trailer/driver is available.


Oops! Something’s broken, damaged or dirty.

We don't expect your hired furniture pieces to sustain a party without a little evidence... However, sometimes it is possible that items can be damaged or broken. Little Ceremonies covers the cost of (reasonable) cleaning requirements. In the instance of a broken or damaged piece, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your bond.
